Here’s the podcast of my first ever gig hosting a radio show. I was filling in for another programmer at CITR 101.9 FM Vancouver, this past Sunday 12PM to 5PM PST(May 19, 2013). The show is called the “Rockers Show”. The show was 3 hours long and it’s all reggae but it got extended into 5 hours of reggae when the programmer for the later show did not show up. So I ended up filling-in for his show too. I’m not a music guy so I hope I made a good selection.
The podcast of the show is split up into two parts. So if you have the time and are into reggae, listen to my first ever performance as a radio host and programmer.
The experience made me realize radio programming is HARD especially if you are not familiar with the music genre you are playing.
